DANCE WEAR
- Shipping (5-6 working Days) - All our Dance items are in stock and are processed within 72 hours. Please allow 2 days for Processing and 3 days for Shipping.
- In case of situations not within our control. Regional areas might take longer.
FANCY DRESS KIDS RANGE
- Shipping (5-6 working Days) - All our Fancy Dress Kids items are in stock and are processed within 72 hours. Please allow 2 days for Processing and 3 days for Shipping.

DANDY DESIGNS INTERNATIONAL
- Shipping (15 - 20 working Days) - All our Dandy Delights items are pre ordered and we do not keep them in stock. Tracking details will be forwarded once we have the items in our warehouse

Economy Shipping (takes longer than express)

Delivery time estimates:
Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days after Payfast has assured the Payment.
While we make every effort to deliver your order in the specified time frame, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. In the unlikely event of a delay, The Costumes Shop will contact you via email with updated delivery estimates. No refunds will be made on late Courier Deliveries.
Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are possible provided that:
- You notify us within 4 days of delivery that you would like to return the product by emailing to info@thecostumeshop.co.za
- The product must be in the same condition that you received it in, inside its original, undamaged packaging and unused.
- The cost of return shipping could be payable by the buyer
- Any incorrect, missing or faulty items received must be reported to us by email within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
- Should you wish to send the items back to us at your Shipping costs we will refund only on assessment of the item, assuring that it is in the correct state it was sent, we will then issue you a refund.
In-store refunds may be done using the emailed invoice as proof of purchase. The product must meet the same criteria as above.
