How do I place an order?

Click on the product that you are interested in and add it to your cart. Click on checkout on the cart page and then fill in your details. Select your preferred delivery option and then continue to the payment page. Our store makes use of the Payfast secure checkout and you will be prompted to choose your preferred payment method.

Is this item in stock?

All products that are available either in Stock or for Back Order. Please see Shipping and Terms for our Various Shipping Times for various Categories. If you would like to confirm which store has stock of that item, please email the product and size you are looking for to info@thecostumeshop.co.za.

You don't have the size I need, can you get it for me?

Most items we can order for you specifically, please email info@thecostumeshop.co.za with the item and size as well as the time frame you need it in and we will try and get it for you.
